The GM LE5 is a 2.4-liter inline-four gasoline engine from the Ecotec Gen II family, produced between 2005 and 2012. It features an all-aluminum cylinder block and head,
DOHC 16-valve configuration with dual variable valve timing (Dual VVT), and delivers approximately 165–177 hp with 215–235 Nm of torque.
The LE5 was widely used across Chevrolet, Pontiac and Saturn models.
On the LE5, the oil pump is a gerotor-type unit integrated into the engine front cover (timing cover). This compact design reduces the number of separate components
but means that oil pump replacement typically requires replacement of the complete front cover assembly. The pump is driven directly by the crankshaft and
supplies pressurized oil to the crankshaft bearings, camshafts, valvetrain and other critical components.
Our products are exported to various parts of the country, and the customers we have worked with have received unanimous praise. The company has invested over 20 million yuan in high-end remanufacturing equipment imported from abroad and a first-class production team in the country. Our warehouse has a total area of over 8000 square meters, with scientific management and sufficient supply of goods.
