The M254 is the latest generation of Mercedes-Benz’s modular inline-four-cylinder gasoline engine family, introduced after 2020 to fully replace the earlier M264 and M274 engines.
Technical Evolution (M254.915 1.5T + 48V ISG): The M254.915 is a high-performance variant of the M254 family with a 1.5-liter displacement (1.5T). Its key technical highlights include the full integration of
the second-generation ISG (Integrated Starter-Generator) 48V hybrid system (with the motor mounted on the transmission side), as well as the adoption of a twin-scroll turbocharger, NANOSLIDE® cylinder
wall coating technology, CAMTRONIC variable valve lift technology, and a beltless drive design (with both the water pump and air conditioning compressor electrified). This engine is widely used in
the new-generation Mercedes-Benz C-Class (W206 / S206, such as the C200) and GLC-Class (X254, such as the GLC 200) models.
Our products are exported to various parts of the country, and the customers we have worked with have received unanimous praise. The company has invested over 20 million yuan in high-end remanufacturing equipment imported from abroad and a first-class production team in the country. Our warehouse has a total area of over 8000 square meters, with scientific management and sufficient supply of goods.
