What is engine assembly?The 204PT cylinder head corresponds to the cylinder head for the Land Rover/Jaguar 2.0L GTDi turbocharged gasoline engine, produced from 2011 to 2019.
This engine was developed based on Ford’s EcoBoost technology platform (Ford codes TPWA/TPBA, etc.; Volvo equivalent: B4204T6). Its internal Land Rover designation is 204PT,
while Jaguar commonly refers to it as the AJ200. It features an aluminum alloy block and an aluminum alloy 16-valve cylinder head, equipped with direct injection,
Ti-VCT dual variable valve timing, and a BorgWarner turbocharger. Known for its compact design and solid performance, this engine is widely used in Land Rover’s entry-level and midsize SUV models.
